  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 5–8 business days (Available for select regions).
  • Please note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or due to customs delays beyond our control.

3. Professional Packaging We know that bags require extra care. All our items are shipped with protective dust bags and internal padding to maintain their shape during transit.

4. Tracking & Delivery You can track your order status directly on our “Track Order” page or through the carrier’s website. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or our support team within 48 hours.
